Powers Taylor LLP is pleased to announce that associate Jennifer Birdsall has been selected by Super Lawyers for inclusion in the 2023 Texas Rising Stars List.

Ms. Birdsall has been honored by Super Lawyers for her outstanding work in the practice areas of medical malpractice. This is her third consecutive year to earn this honor and she was 1 of only 10 lawyers recognized in the Personal Injury Medical Malpractice: Plaintiff category.

Employing a competitive, multistep process of nomination, independent research, and peer review, Super Lawyers recognizes just 2.5 percent of Texas attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or have been in practice for 10 years or less. Ms. Birdsall’s recognition was featured in Texas Super Lawyers Magazine – Rising Stars and Texas Monthly.
