Bree Rosenbaum
Breana (“Bree”) Rosenbaum serves as Of Counsel with Powers Taylor LLP, where she focuses on nursing home abuse and neglect cases. After originally joining the firm in 2016 as a paralegal and later practicing as an associate attorney, Bree rejoined the firm to continue advocating for vulnerable nursing home residents and their families throughout Texas.
Bree has dedicated much of her legal career to representing victims of neglect and abuse in long-term care facilities. Her experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides of nursing home litigation gives her a unique perspective and deep understanding of how these cases are evaluated, defended, and ultimately resolved. She is passionate about helping families navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives while holding negligent facilities accountable.
A native of New Jersey, Bree earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcast News Journalism from West Virginia University, graduating cum laude while also minoring in Political Science and Legal Studies. She went on to earn her law degree from Baylor Law School in 2016 with a concentration in General Civil Litigation.
Seeing her own grandmother’s experience in a nursing home inspired Bree’s commitment to elder advocacy and continues to fuel her passion for pursuing justice on behalf of nursing home residents and their loved ones.
Outside of her practice, Bree remains actively involved with Kappa Kappa Gamma as an alumni volunteer and chapter advisor.
