After completion of her undergraduate degree, she started law school at UNT Dallas College of Law in 2016. Brittney has continued working as a paralegal while she attends law school in the evenings. In law school, Brittney spent a great deal of time competing in, judging at, and coordinating mock trial and moot court events. She was invited to join the Board of Advocates at UNT Dallas College of Law her 1L year and has served on its executive board for the last two years. Brittney has also served as a legal writing teaching fellow. Brittney looks forward to her transition into an attorney position upon graduation and bar passage, and feels confident that her lengthy paralegal career will contribute to making her a better lawyer.
