The February 11th edition of the Texas Lawyer detailed a case filed on January 13, 2013 by Powers Taylor’s Jeff Hall.  The case, which involves allegations of harassment and assault between Dallas attorneys, resulted in the issuance of a temporary restraining order by the judge of the 162nd Judicial District.  The Texas Lawyer article included a comment from Jeff Hall, “Obviously, this is a very private and personal matter, and I assure you this would not have been filed if these had been some other alternative.”

While Powers Taylor cannot comment on the merits of this case, the fact that Powers Taylor has been entrusted with such a high profile, sensitive matter demonstrates the regard with which the attorneys at Powers Taylor are held by other attorneys in the DFW metroplex.
